Overview of computer science research activities, techniques, and tools. Diverse research areas will be covered, including systems, networks, artificial intelligence, human-computer interaction, software engineering, graphics, vision, and theory.
This class will be held in person, but all lectures will be recorded, and you will not be required to attend in person. Please see Campuswire for the link to the lecture videos.

There are no required texts. Papers and various resources will be provided throughout the semester
In lieu of a final exam, there will be final presentations of group projects. This is tentatively scheduled for the time of what would be our final exam, Thursday December 16, 1:30-3:30pm EDT
